The cost to the UK Railway Network when critical infrastructure has been damaged, not only incurs significant time, money and effort but can result in train companies facing penalties from regulatory bodies for failing to meet agreed service levels.
Whether it be trespassers on the railway, slips trips and falls at stations or graffiti to carriages at maintenance depots, Macaw Track Safe will ensure the UK Rail Network is equipped with the correct security solutions to protect vital infrastructure and reduce the impact to rail commuters.

The primary objective was to deploy electronic detection systems initially at the most problematic depots, Tyseley and Soho, with the goal of promptly detecting intruders on the premises and notifying on-site security personnel. The intention was to prevent criminal damage to WMT assets effectively. Macaw devised a multifaceted solution that incorporated remote monitored rapid-deployment CCTV, hardwired CCTV, live audio monitoring, and intruder alarms.
