site information (address, response actions, special instructions, etc)
URN details, alarm setting and un-setting schedules
ARC external communications
Alarm signals and log of operator actions
Records of CCTV images

This information will be retained for the life of the contract, including any set-up period where data is provided prior to monitoring commencement, plus 24 months following termination of the monitoring account, with the exception of CCTV footage or images, where the information will be retained for a period of 6 months following the termination of the monitoring contract.
