Macaw Security are continuing to carry out maintenance of our clients Security Systems using our Texecom Cloud Gold Membership service.
Knowing that our client’s Security Systems are functional, operational and performing is a crucial part of any professional security system installation.
Here at Macaw Security, we utilise the Texecom Cloud’s built-in remote maintenance and health check services to automate and record the maintenance process adding additional free of charge service reports to our clients.
The Health Check regularly monitors our client’s systems to ensure correct operation. We monitor our entire portfolio of Texecom alarm systems, providing peace of mind that all systems are operational, and identifying any issues that may otherwise go undetected on a daily basis.
On completion of a remote service report our clients are e-mailed their service health report to provide peace of mind that their security system is in fully operational.
If any faults are detected during the health check, our in house technical engineers can resolve a range of faults remotely by using our Texecom Cloud Gold Membership facility and liaising with our clients during the process.
